Here's the story~
Chimaera had been playing beach volleyball with the rambuncious Omen, sand had been flying in every direction. The ruckus and 'horse play' brought Zoe's attention to the two equines who dove and leapt for the ball. She trotted over, "Hey! Mind if I join?" Omen looked over and smiled, "Sure, you can be on my team but we need to find someone else to be on Chimaera's team. Or she might loose." Chimaera glared playfully, "I'm winning by 20 points."
From over the ocean, the silver glistening wings of a pegasus mare came into view. She lighted gently on the sand and looked at the group, "Greetings. May I join?" The horses looked over at her and nodded, "Of course."
Later on, as the game started to get heated, the great War Lord, who wished for only sitting in the sun and relaxing, he paused beside the court, oblivious to the young horses behind him. Suddenly Chimaera reared up, the ball bounced off of her foreleg and whacked into War Lord's hind quarters. He let out a unhappy snort and gazed over his shoulder at the group.
Chimaera, Zoe and the pegasus mare all broke out in laughter and Omen stuggled to retain a chuckle.
